Thai Yoga is a 4 century-old healing system combining acupressure, Indian Ayurvedic principles, and assisted yoga postures. It generally follows designated lines ("sen") in the body. The legs and feet of the giver are be used to align and relax the body or limbs of the recipient. A full Thai Yoga Therapy session includes rhythmic pressing and stretching of the entire body which the giver will adjust to fit the receiver. You are fully clothed when you have Thai sessions.
A private session "Partner Thai Yoga" will open your mind, balance your body and deepen your relationships. You’ll share a moment of guided connection with your partner through a full body stretch sequence and gain benefits similar to yoga practice that help you and your partner share the nurturing, relaxing and therapeutic benefits of massage. Private Classes are a wonderful way to deepen your practice. We work one on one in areas specific to your own personal development. This is a sacred time where we work with you and only you to bring upon a state of higher being and grace. Private Yoga sessions are a great way to go deep into the practice and feel supported as you begin to shed what you no longer need. Keep up!!
This class is tailored to the enhancement of prana (life force) throughout the entire human organism. This practice links poses to breath to reveal body awareness, inner strength, and opening. It will aid the student in finding deep levels of relaxation, concentration, and self-awareness. For private sessions must be made at least 24 hours in advance
