PRIVACY POLICY
Cancellation Policy

Madison Healing Arts has a 24 Hour Cancellation Policy. If you need to Change or Cancel your appointment, you must notify us at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a 100% cancellation fee applied to your credit card or package on file. Clients who cancel less than 24 hours of their appointment or who do not show up/or inform us may be charged in full. This policy also applies to same day appointments.
Payment Method

We require a Credit Card to book all appointments. If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment, your card or package on file will be charged a fee. We accept Cash, Visa, Mastercard and SpaWeek Gift Cards. Please bring the card you wish to use with you to your session.

Safety/Conduct
​
As professional licensed therapists, we are dedicated to providing a completely safe and enjoyable experience for our clients. Our work is strictly therapeutic and non-sexual. Any sexual comments or advances will result in immediate termination of the session.
New Clients
​
Please arrive a few minutes early to fill out a health intake form, and to discuss with your therapist what you’d like to focus on. If you are late to your session, we will do our best to accommodate you for the time you have left without penalizing the following client. Clients who are over 30 minutes late will be asked to reschedule their appointment.
Discount Packages
​
Discounted Packages are available for purchase. Packages are transferable and can be shared. Packages are good within 1 year after the purchase date.

Gift Cards
​
Give the Gift of Health! Gift Cards are available for purchase online and are good for 1 year from date of purchase.
Pregnant Clients
​
Please specify that you are pregnant when booking so we may schedule you with a Prenatal Certified Therapist. We do not give pregnancy massages within the first trimester(1-12 weeks) of a woman's pregnancy. This is because of the increased risk for miscarriage. If you are scheduling an appointment for your partner or a friend who is expecting, you must notify us upon booking the reservation.
Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our business, MHA does not offer refunds for massage services or Gift Cards. We can offer you a store credit. Gift Cards and store credit are transferable and can be shared.
Gratuities
​
Gratuities are greatly appreciated by LMTs and are preferred in Cash.

Policy Changes
In the event we need to change our privacy policy in whole or in part, we will post those changes here. Those changes will go into effect immediately. The new policy will apply to all current and past users of our web site and will replace any prior policies that are inconsistent. This policy was posted June 2018.
