This combined mindfulness, meditation, and yoga program is designed to re-balance your body and mind, to improve well being by focusing on the here and now to improve physical health and to relieve stress. If you are looking for ways to improve your physical and psychological well being, then this program is for you. This retreat is a wonderful opportunity to learn how to meet challenges, invite integration, and achieve healing.

Flow Yoga CNX is in a natural garden, surrounded by rice fields and nature sound. It's also close to a small village but only 20 kilometers from Chiang Mai international airport. You can experience village festivals at different times of the year. During the retreat, you will stay in a calm and peaceful environment in which to reflect about life. There are 4 types of properties available which are a Blue house, a Boat house, a Cabin, and a Tree house, each with private entrance and views of a nature garden, rice fields and mountains.
Amori is a native Thai who began her yoga & meditation journey 10 years ago when she was living in New York. Her first encounter with yoga at the local gym was to relieve lower back pain. She discovered how yoga helps her not only overcome physical challenges, but also maintain the balance between spiritual and material world. She is a certified instructor for open level at all ages. She earned yoga teacher certification from New York City. She is very grateful for the opportunity to practice and train many forms of yoga; Slow flow, Power yoga, Kundalini, and Hatha Yoga with different masters and senior teachers in New York City. Also she attended different courses of Vipassana meditation known as insight meditation, including many week-long silent meditations in Thailand.
Amori currently teaches and owns Flow Yoga CNX Studio in Chiang Mai. Her commitment is to deepen her exploration of Mindfulness, Meditation & Yoga combined with Thai & Western cultures and wisdoms. Her passion is to spread positivity and inspires everyone to begin their practice and open themselves up to the possibility of change in their lives.
This retreat will take place in Doi Saket, Chiang Mai, Thailand. Surrounded by mountains and lush countryside. Chiang Mai is a laid-back city in Northern Thailand with plenty of activities to keep you entertained. Price does not include flights to Chiang Mai. Flights must be arranged by all participants independently for arrival in Chiang Mai. Check-in at 12:00pm on January 3rd at Flow Yoga Homestay. Homestay by arrangement.
