Set intentions this New Year

~ HAPPY 2019 ~

* We’re all saying HAPPY NEW YEAR [to Others]. With very good intentions. But does it really work? does it produce its aims? It’s a wish. A happy one!

* Then there’s the NEW YEAR RESOLUTION [to Oneself]. Does it work? For most people it doesn't because it’s based on what we think we ‘should’ or ‘shouldn’t’ be doing, like stopping ‘bad habits’ or starting ‘good ones’. Most New Year's resolutions fail because they are lofty from the start or because they are not based on a sound foundation for achieving them.

I have suffered from stress, depression and anxiety since I started my business. I kept my feelings of sadness, loneliness and of being not good enough to myself. My emotional stress led to physical pain. I suffered from asthma, stomach aches, headaches, and muscle tightness. How could I heal clients if I can’t heal myself? I began to review my resolutions, choices, and the way my life had felt in previous years.

My intention for 2018 was Health. I wanted to live a healthy, happy life. I realized everything starts from my gut. Your gut is connected to EVERYTHING that happens in your body. I’m a reiki healer, why not! I use my own power to heal myself. “When you have Chakra Balancing, your physical body will balance too.” Chakra balancing works on the energy pathways and removes blockages caused by emotions, thoughts, and life situations.

In addition, the seven chakras are directly linked to the seven major glands of the endocrine system. The endocrine system regulates every physiological process that occurs in the body. The chakras, therefore, are the direct link between thoughts/emotions and their effect on our biology. Chakra Balancing brings balance, harmony and clarity to the chakras.

My intention for 2019 is Healing. I want to honor the power I have within me to create, build, expand, and accomplish any goal I set. I’m a healer and I want to use my power to uplift and influence people.

I encourage you to reflect on the life you want to live—the characteristics and values that feel genuine and soulful. Close your eyes. Imagine yourself surrounded in blue light aura. Having the blue light balanced around you will help to balance your aura. Breathe white light in through your nose. Exhale darker, negative light out through your mouth. Repeat until only white light on the in breath and the out breath.

May your year be filled with intention, purpose, love, happiness and inner peace.
